Campaign simulatorThe campaign can be deducted from the disability fund.
If you have at least 400 employees, the contribution you pay each month for people with disabilities can cover the campaign. NECULA Agency is an Authorised Protected Unit, and the contract with us can be deducted from that sum.

What HR teams ask us.
A 30-minute conversation at the start, one round of feedback on the scripts, the filming days at your offices and one round of feedback on the materials. We handle the publishing.
You receive a monthly report: what was published, where, and how many people saw it.
Only those who want to. We prepare them beforehand and keep the filming short. If someone changes their mind after filming, their material is removed.
Every person filmed signs a consent form stating where the material is used and for how long. You receive the forms in advance, and if you have your own template, we use yours.
It depends on the signed consent. We recommend keeping the right of use after departure, which is standard practice. The campaign stays intact either way, because we film many people.
Yes. We have filmed in production plants, banks and medical centres. We sign an NDA, follow your access rules, and every frame goes past you before publishing.
We work within them: colours, typography, tone. If headquarters needs to approve, you receive the materials in a format that is easy to present there.
You receive the proposal with budget and timeline right after the first conversation, in the format procurement needs. We are used to long approval processes and comparative bids.
